- Watch newsletter health across the pod: growth status, send consistency, segmentation and whether the numbers are right
- Check issues that marketers report, and turn them into documented cases with a suggested fix before sending them up
- Run team problem-solving sessions, case reviews and regular 1:1s matched to each person's level
- Share every SOP and process update, and follow up until it's understood and actually used
- Make sure triggered processes (such as growth-stage QA checks) get done and don't stop at a notification; reopen delayed items and assign next steps
Що очікуємо
- Experience managing or coaching a team in a fast-paced, process-driven setting (newsletter, marketing or content operations preferred)
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills: you can run case reviews and 1:1s that build skills, not just check status
- Structured problem-solving: you can turn a vague issue into a clear analysis with a suggested action
- Comfortable tracking health checks, SOP rollouts, growth triggers, paused newsletters, transfers at once, without dropping any
- Good judgment on what to fix within the team and what really needs to go up
Що пропонуємо
- Background in newsletter, marketing or content operations
- Hands-on experience with newsletter platforms, growth stages or broadcast workflows
- Experience writing or rolling out SOPs
- Experience with project tracking tools for managing many open items across a team
