We're hiring a Marketing Operations Lead for our client - a B2B SaaS product for LinkedIn advertising optimization and buyer intent intelligence. An investment-backed company, not budget-constrained on marketing - execution-constrained.
What you'll own:
Build marketing funnels that convert - hands-on plus contractors/team
Own deep execution in one channel where you're genuinely strong
Drive initiatives to completion: briefs, deadlines, quality, replacing underperformers
Proactively find and close funnel gaps
Not your responsibility: overall strategy and positioning (leadership owns this), deep execution outside your channel.
You're a fit if you:
Have 3–5 years in marketing operations or hands-on marketing, with proven depth in one channel (SEO/paid/content is a bonus)
Have built funnels for B2B SaaS self-serve products specifically (not enterprise/sales-led)
Use AI practically in your workflow - automation, integrations, not just writing/research
Manage your own priorities well in a fast, parallel environment
Are detail-obsessed and act on gaps you notice
Have experience managing contractors, with your own network to plug in
Write clearly in English (C1/B2).
Based in Lviv or open to regular trips
