- USA, Canada & UK Marketing (80% of your time): Develop and execute marketing plans, manage budgets, and oversee digital campaigns via agencies.
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, CAC, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
- Adapt brand content for local markets and manage social media content plans.
- Drive co-marketing partnerships, plan offline activities, and manage local branding.
- Centralized Projects (20% of your time): Support the Employee Ambassador Program, audit branch branding, and develop advertising placements across Nova Post channels.
