You’re starting out in QA and you want a real product to test? Here’s one.
Launch Labs is a US-based product development company focused on sports, health, and performance, and we’re looking for a junior QA engineer to join our team. This is a manual testing role, and a hands-on one. You’ll sit in the same standups as the developers and PM, test features as they’re built, and have a direct line to the people fixing what you find. If you’re early in QA and want to learn on a real product with real users, this is a good place to do it.
What you’ll do
Test new features and bug fixes before they go live, across web and mobile
Write and maintain test cases and checklists
Report bugs clearly so developers can reproduce them without going back and forth
Run regression testing before releases
Take part in sprint planning and daily standups with the team
Flag risks early, not after something breaks in production
What we’re looking for
Up to 1 year of QA experience, or a QA course plus a real project you tested (pet project, internship, freelance)
Understanding of testing basics: test design, bug life cycle, how to write a good bug report
Experience with Jira
English at C1 — you’ll communicate with the team and read documentation in English
A proactive attitude. You ask questions, dig into things that look off, and don’t wait to be told what to test
Genuine interest in growing as a QA engineer
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing
Interest in test automation down the road
Interest in sports or fitness products
What you get
4 weeks of paid vacation per year
Flexible working hours
Medical insurance for your peace of mind
Professional development support — Launch Labs covers courses, training, and skill growth
An exciting, collaborative, and innovative team environment
Fully remote work, with freedom and flexibility
How to apply
Send your CV and a few lines about a bug you found that you’re proud of:)
See you on the other side!
