Що робити
- Analyze and map high-level business architecture, including capability maps and end-to-end workflows.
- Lead discovery sessions and collaborative workshops with cross-border stakeholders and tech teams.
- Elicit, prioritize, and structure comprehensive functional requirements, system specs, and user stories.
- Prepare formal project artifacts under strict administrative governance frameworks.
- Design precise workflow models using industry-standard notations (BPMN/UML standards).
Що очікуємо
- At least 8 years of overall IT sector experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated exclusively to the Business Analyst role.
- Certified C1 proficiency or higher. Must be validated by an active official certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.) or a certified language center report, and will be verified during the interview.
- University degree (Bachelor’s level or higher).
- Possession of at least two (2) active, globally recognized professional certifications from the following categories:
- top-tier advanced business analysis credentials (e.g., IIBA's premier tier / CBAP or direct equivalents).
