- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for an ERP-focused SaaS platform.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Proactively anticipate questions from engineers and clarify requirements before development begins.
- Analyze business processes related to finance, accounting, inventory, and resource management.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar modular ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of core ERP concepts and data relationships, including orders, invoices, General Ledger (GL), inventory, and Chart of Accounts.
- Practical knowledge of business processes related to finance, accounting, banking integrations, and inventory management.
- Solid experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
