What You’ll Do
Own quality across casino white label platform and Smartico (CRM: VIP, tournaments, loyalty) releases.
Write and maintain regression / smoke check-lists in Notion; update them for every new page, payment flow or promo.
Run full manual end-to-end tests on web & mobile-web platforms daily and for each feature:
registration, KYC, deposits, bonus activations, bets, gameplay, withdrawals;
VIP pages, leaderboards, bonus triggers, points sync;
multi-GEO payment methods (cards, wallets, crypto) via PSP sandboxes and real-money deposits.
File clear, reproducible bug reports (steps → expected → actual + evidence) and chase fixes through to closure.
Re-test on QA environment, then smoke-test on production with feature flags and test users after each deploy (weekly platform drops, daily CRM pushes).
Use ChatGPT / Notion AI to draft cases or parse logs while validating every output.
When manual load is lighter, extend Playwright/Cypress smoke coverage and refine release checklists.
Must-Have
3+ years manual web QA in high-traffic B2C (iGaming, FinTech, e-Com, SaaS).
1 + Year as a Lead role.
Hands-on payment testing: PSP sandboxes, 3-DS, refunds, multi-currency.
Experience with at least one white-label iGaming platform (Atlas Live, EveryMatrix, Softswiss, Soft2Bet, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM / promo tools as QA (Smartico, Braze, Optimove or similar).
Confident working across sandbox → QA → prod with feature flags.
Test management in Notion / Jira / TestRail.
Confident use of Chrome DevTools (Network/Console), Charles/Fiddler, ability to capture HAR logs and decode payment callback requests.
Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN) + Postman/Insomnia for manual API checks when UI is down.
English B1+ — reading PSP documentation, logs, and technical content.
Basic log viewing in Grafana / Kibana.
Willingness to work through VPN / SSH-tunnel to access internal databases and tools.
Own reliable laptop/PC with stable high-speed internet.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in iGaming
Playwright / Cypress or Postman for quick smoke automation.
Localisation & compliance testing (multi-currency, MGA/GLI guidelines).
