Що робити
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods
- Conduct screening conversations to assess candidates’ qualifications and match for specific logistics roles
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles
- Cultivate and manage relationships with professionals in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters to present top candidates and support the coordination of interview processes
Що очікуємо
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools/platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle high-volume pipelines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
