ORIL is an IT outsourcing company with a growing recruiting team. We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team of 2 recruiters and support full-cycle hiring for a variety of tech and non-tech roles across our projects.
What You’ll Do
Actively source and engage candidates using various channels
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Hurma)
Track candidate pipeline status and flag delays or bottlenecks
Contribute to building and maintaining a talent pool for recurring role types
Communicate with partner companies regarding current recruitment requests
Maintain and update the database of corporate CVs
What We’re Looking For
0.5–1 year of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing
Hands-on experience with different sourcing channels and approaches
Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and stay organized in a dynamic environment
English level: Intermediate Strong or higher
Practical knowledge of recruitment tools and HR databases
Good understanding of IT industry and tech roles
Nice to Have
Experience using AI tools in recruiting (e.g., AI-assisted sourcing, screening, or outreach)
Experience with an ATS (Hurma or similar)
Experience with recruitment metrics and funnel analysis
