Що робити
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across Azure cloud services, applications, and APIs.
- Track and identify anomalies in real-time using Azure Monitor, Datadog, Splunk, and Sentinel following defined instructions.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently according to pre-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Triage and escalate complex, non-standard issues to senior engineering teams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, workflows, and incident logs.
