Що робити
- Prepare and assign design briefs to in-house designers and external creative teams using existing templates.
- Monitor deadlines and track the progress of creative tasks.
- Conduct initial quality control of finished creatives: check technical specifications, dimensions, languages, and grammatical accuracy.
- Track and maintain records of tasks assigned to external vendors.
- Collect source files and clarify requirements for creating creative variations.
Що очікуємо
- Experience working with Asana and Google Sheets.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to optimize daily workflows and increase efficiency.
- Basic working knowledge of Figma and FigJam for reviewing creatives, adjusting formats, and creating simple presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with creative materials.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
