Що робити
- Get familiar with existing system logic and handle simple to medium configuration tasks based on defined specs
- Verify that configured scenarios actually work from the end-user's perspective
- Help gather and clarify requirements from clients — ask the right follow-up questions when a task is underspecified
- Understand the business problem behind each request and connect it to process, users, or expected outcome
- Work with analytical data: navigate large data volumes, build and read dashboards

- Analytical thinking — experience working with large data volumes, ability to navigate and draw conclusions from data
- Experience working with dashboards and analytics tools
- Ability to give realistic estimates on tasks
- Attention to detail and independence
- Willingness to ask questions when something's unclear, rather than guessing
Що пропонуємо
- Experience configuring CRM/BPM/ERP or low-code/no-code systems (Creatio/Terrasoft is a plus)
- Background as a junior BA, functional consultant, CRM consultant, or implementation specialist
- Understanding of sales, service, or document workflow processes
