We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and become a key link between our B2B clients, Product and Development teams.
You will work with B2B clients and white-label operators, understand their business and technical needs, translate requirements into clear and actionable tasks, and coordinate their implementation with internal teams.
What you’ll do
Work directly with B2B clients and white-label operators to understand their business needs, processes and requirements.
Gather, analyze, clarify and document business and functional requirements.
Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal Product, Development, Support/KYC, Legal & Compliance, Payments, CRM, BI and Finance teams.
Translate business requirements into clear and structured tasks for Product and Development teams.
Work with Product and Development to clarify technical details, dependencies, limitations and possible solutions.
Coordinate integrations, launches, operational changes and technical requests from initiation through delivery.
Break down complex requirements into actionable tasks and ensure that all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the expected result.
Track projects and requests, follow up on progress, identify blockers and coordinate their resolution.
Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams, prepare status updates and communicate progress.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience.
Experience in iGaming is a must.
B2B experience, experience working with white-label operators.
Strong experience working with Product and Development teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong requirements-gathering and requirements-management skills.
Understanding of software development processes and the ability to discuss technical requirements with Development teams.
Experience working with integrations, APIs, technical projects or B2B platforms will be a strong advantage.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
Fluent English.
Understanding of Payments, CRM, KYC, BI or gaming integrations.
