Java Technical Lead

Що робити

• Own technical delivery of sportsbook features and services, from design and estimation through implementation, testing, release, and production support.
• Lead and mentor a multi‑disciplinary squad of engineers (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps) working on the sports betting domain.
• Translate product and operation requirements into clear technical designs, breaking work into deliverable increments with sensible sequencing and dependencies.
• Design and review APIs and integrations for pricing, markets, trading tools, data providers, risk engines, and account/wallet systems.
• Drive code quality and engineering practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and documentation.
