Що робити
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees;
- Efficiently plan, install, configure, and optimize your IT infrastructure to achieve high availability and performance;
- Working closely with the team of system administrators to solve technical problems;
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the network of both internal and office networks;
Що очікуємо
- 6+ months of experience as HelpDesk specialist;
- Will be a + Good knowledge of Mikrotik ROS;
- Routing, bridging, VLAN, Firewall;
- Experience with Office365, Exchange, SharePoint;
- Working knowledge of monitoring system like Zabbix will be a plus;
