- Source and acquire new clients on Upwork (and other platforms)
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead → pre-sales → proposal → negotiation → closing → handover to delivery team
- Write and adapt high-conversion proposals for IT projects
- Analyze project opportunities (fit / budget / scope / risk assessment)
- Communicate with clients (chat, calls, email)
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of experience in IT Sales (outsourcing)
- Proven experience working on Upwork (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of the full sales funnel (lead → call → negotiation → close)
- Understanding of IT services (Web / Mobile / QA / DevOps / Design)
- Experience writing proposals and communicating with international clients
