Що робити

  • Source and acquire new clients on Upwork (and other platforms)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead → pre-sales → proposal → negotiation → closing → handover to delivery team
  • Write and adapt high-conversion proposals for IT projects
  • Analyze project opportunities (fit / budget / scope / risk assessment)
  • Communicate with clients (chat, calls, email)

Що очікуємо

  • 1+ years of experience in IT Sales (outsourcing)
  • Proven experience working on Upwork (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of the full sales funnel (lead → call → negotiation → close)
  • Understanding of IT services (Web / Mobile / QA / DevOps / Design)
  • Experience writing proposals and communicating with international clients
