Alcor is looking for a Senior Full-cycle IT Recruiter to focus on hiring for AI/ML roles.
We are expanding our expertise in tech talent acquisition and launching a new AI-focused recruitment direction. In this role, you will be one of the first people building pipelines and a talent ecosystem for AI specialists across Europe and LATAM.
Alcor is a growing tech company that helps product businesses build and scale software R&D centers in Eastern Europe and LATAM — from the first hire to teams of 100+ engineers. Our clients include People.ai, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and other fast-growing global tech companies.
At the same time, our Alcor OS serves as a product for Silicon Valley’s tech companies. We have built a Ukrainian product that serves IT companies in the US and EU. This is the first implementation of this concept in Ukraine, so our goal is to establish a strong local presence and become the #1 EOR in Ukraine. This is a niche outsourcing model, as we work exclusively with IT products from Silicon Valley and build the platform according to their standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for AI/ML-related roles.
Partner with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements, hiring strategy, and expectations.
Support and execute AI-focused hiring activations (e.g., talent pods, high-priority searches).
Track and manage pipeline health, ensuring consistent flow of qualified candidates.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes, especially for AI and emerging tech roles.
Collaborate with Tech Advisors to ensure candidate quality and technical alignment.
Lead candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Build and maintain a proactive AI-native talent pipeline across key markets.
What makes you a great fit:
4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with demonstrated ownership of complex or niche hiring areas (e.g., AI/ML). Proven experience hiring for AI/ML-related roles, such as: Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Scientists.
Experience working in global hiring environments is a plus (LATAM, Eastern Europe preferred).
Experience working with technical stakeholders is a plus.
