- Design and support holding structures: parent, subsidiary and intermediate entities; allocation of assets and IP across jurisdictions
- Incorporate, restructure and liquidate companies in offshore and onshore jurisdictions
- Coordinate local counsel and corporate service providers
- Advise on substance requirements, double tax treaties, KYC/AML
- Support franchise, exchange and exchanger-related business lines
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience structuring international holdings
- Hands-on experience with Hong Kong, Asia, Malta, Cyprus and EU jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of international tax and corporate law
- Ukrainian/Russian, professional English
- Comfortable working directly with C-level executives and owners
