- Support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle
- Own and continuously improve onboarding and adaptation processes
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and maintain an understanding of the overall team pulse
- Build trusted communication with employees and provide support when questions, concerns, or difficulties arise
- Proactively identify dissatisfaction, communication gaps, motivation issues, potential conflicts, or retention risks
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager, People Partner, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a similar people-focused role
- Experience working in IT, product companies, SaaS, or other technology environments
- Hands-on experience with employee onboarding and adaptation
- Strong experience conducting regular 1:1 meetings and working directly with employees
- Experience with performance review processes and employee feedback
