We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and empathetic HR People Partner to join our company.
What you’ll be doing
Implement, maintain, and improve key HR practices: onboarding, retention, training, performance management, offboarding, and team events.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with employees.
Act as a coach, helping find balanced solutions for both employees and the business.
Participate in and drive HR initiatives.
Evaluate ideas and projects from an HR perspective.
Organize internal company events.
You’ll be a great fit if you have experience with:
2+ year of HR experience.
Experience in IT companies is a plus.
Hands-on experience with HR processes (onboarding, performance management, learning & development, C&B).
Experience organizing online and offline events.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
Strong empathy and communication skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Business-oriented mindset, proactive and self-driven.
