- Support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle
- Manage and continuously improve onboarding and adaptation processes
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and stay connected with the team
- Support employees with HR-related questions and day-to-day needs
- Support and further develop the performance review process
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager, People Partner, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a similar role
- Experience working in IT, product companies, SaaS, or other technology environments
- Hands-on experience with employee onboarding and adaptation
- Experience conducting regular 1:1 meetings and working directly with employees
- Experience with performance review processes and employee feedback
