- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the hiring process.
- Recruit IT specialists across different roles, including Developers, Project Managers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and other positions.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with employees, provide support, and help address workplace-related questions and concerns.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track important employee milestones, including birthdays, salary reviews, career achievements, and other key events.
Що очікуємо
- Previous experience in an HR Manager / HR Generalist role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical IT positions, including Developers, Project Managers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and similar roles.
- Experience building HR processes from scratch as well as maintaining and improving existing HR processes.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher — required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
