Що робити
- Work directly with founders and managers to understand hiring and people needs.
- Synchronize expectations between the business and employees.
- Search and select strong candidates for IT, fintech and business positions.
- Run initial interviews and evaluate candidates before involving the hiring manager.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates, not only search when a vacancy becomes urgent.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
- Experience with modern sourcing and recruiting tools.
- Ability to independently search, approach and evaluate candidates.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with managers and understand the business need behind a hiring request.
