Що робити
- Partnering closely with the leadership team (Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, PMs and Team Leads) to drive organizational success
- Еnsuring our managers and leads master best practices in people management. Provide HR guidance and consult with managers on people-related matters
- Proactively identifying of problems and risks in your business unit, collaborate with the management team to find effective solutions and mitigate risks
- New leads & managers onboarding, ensuring they are equipped for success in their roles
- Resolving complex employee relations issues (counteroffers, dismissals, conflicts)
Що очікуємо
- 4-5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 1 year in an HR Business Partner position in big (more than 300 people) companies
- Day-to-day working experience with Delivery Managers, PM and Team Leads as Business Partner
- Solid knowledge of people management & business processes
- Strong business orientation with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and industry best practices
