Що робити
- Set up the supply chain function: establish planning, stock norms, procurement and warehouse processes
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations: demand and supply planning, procurement, inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
- Develop accurate demand forecasts in close collaboration with Engineering and Production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent supply gaps
- Own the intercompany supply process: consolidate and justify local demand, place and prioritise orders, track shipments from EU
- Source and manage Ukrainian suppliers for locally procured items: qualification, contracts, pricing, and delivery performance
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in senior supply chain, logistics, or operations roles — ideally within manufacturing, defense, hardware, or complex international environments
- Proven expertise across demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Experience managing relationships with freight forwarders and international suppliers, including contract and cost negotiations
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data — you use numbers to make decisions, not just to report them
- Familiarity with S&OP or IBP processes is a strong advantage
