- Develop and implement the affiliate strategy for the CIS market.
- Build the affiliate function, processes, and partner network from scratch.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners, webmasters, and affiliate networks.
- Manage negotiations and commercial agreements based on CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
- Build long-term relationships with key partners and identify opportunities for further growth.
Що очікуємо
- At least 4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming, gambling, or betting industry.
- Strong practical experience working with the CIS market.
- Proven experience launching, rebuilding, or scaling an affiliate function.
- An established network of affiliate partners, webmasters, media buyers, and affiliate networks.
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other affiliate cooperation models.
