We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and operationally strong Head of Sales to lead and scale our outbound sales division across Tier-1 markets.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building scalable outbound sales systems, increasing player monetization, and driving VIP conversion across multiple GEOs.
The role was created as part of separating VIP and Sales into two dedicated verticals, giving the future Head of Sales full ownership over outbound revenue generation, CRM-driven sales operations, and sales infrastructure development.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Take full ownership of outbound sales performance, player conversion into VIP segments, and initial revenue generation across multiple GEOs
Build, scale, and optimize the Sales department structure starting from an existing team of 10 agents
Set, monitor, and improve KPIs related to revenue, deposits, conversion rates, player activity, retention, and sales efficiency
Manage multi-channel outbound communication systems including phone sales, auto-dialers, SMS, email, messengers, and CRM-triggered communication flows
Research, select, configure, and optimize CRM systems tailored to operational and cross-functional business needs
Implement CRM automation, routing logic, trigger-based communication scenarios, and personalized sales workflows
Develop scalable segmentation systems based on player lifecycle, deposit behavior, value, engagement, and risk profiles
Create personalized offer strategies focused on maximizing NGR, LTV, retention, and player profitability
Establish communication QA frameworks, analytics infrastructure, reporting systems, and operational standards
Develop sales playbooks, scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and communication standards for different customer segments and GEOs
Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, performance management, and leadership development for sales managers and team leads
Collaborate closely with Operations, CRM, Product, VIP, Analytics, and Compliance teams
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
3+ years of leadership experience as Head of Sales, Call Center Director, Sales Operations Lead, or similar management roles
Strong background in high-risk or high-volume industries such as iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, Dating, Telemarketing, Luxury Services, or Concierge businesses
Proven experience building or restructuring outbound sales departments and operational frameworks
Hands-on experience selecting, implementing, and configuring CRM systems from scratch, including process architecture, segmentation, automation, and routing logic
Strong understanding of outbound sales infrastructure, predictive/power dialers, CRM-driven workflows, and messaging systems
Proven success working with Tier-1 GEOs (Western Europe, Canada, Australia/New Zealand) and understanding local customer psychology and premium-client communication standards
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with advanced understanding of LTV, CAC, ARPU, Churn, Conversion Rate, and retention metrics
Experience managing high-volume outbound teams and scaling operational performance
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership
Strong people-management and leadership skills with experience developing managers and team leads
English level B2+ is mandatory
Additional Tier-1 languages will be considered a strong advantage
