• Sales across two lines: Enterprise / White Label / API (fintech, banks, digital businesses) and Shopify Plus / mid-market e-commerce; Shopify SMB together with marketing
• Personally run and close key deals
• Own the funnel lead → demo → pilot → contract, and the forecast
• Build the sales process: CRM, qualification, SLAs, materials, scripts per segment
• Conferences and events: selection, preparation, meetings, pipeline impact
