Що робити
- Define and drive the overall marketing strategy for Langate and its portfolio of brands and products.
- Develop separate marketing approaches based on each brand’s audience, maturity, business model, and growth objectives.
- Lead, coordinate, and develop the marketing, PR, SMM, SEO, content, and lead generation functions.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and tender-related documentation.
- Establish clear responsibilities, KPIs, reporting standards, and performance expectations across the marketing team.
Що очікуємо
- Experience in a marketing leadership role, managing a team and driving the overall marketing strategy.
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams, including marketing, PR, SMM, SEO, PCC and lead generation specialists.
- Ability to create, implement, and adjust marketing strategies for several brands, products, or business directions simultaneously.
- Strong data-driven approach to marketing, including experience collecting, analysing, and interpreting marketing and sales data.
- Practical experience defining marketing KPIs, building reporting processes, evaluating funnel performance, and making decisions based on measurable results.
