- Own the growth system across performance marketing, influencer marketing, CRM, content and CRO.
- Manage marketing budgets and improve the efficiency of paid and organic channels.
- Reduce CAC and improve website conversion rate.
- Build a weekly marketing dashboard and reporting process.
Що очікуємо
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC, beauty, fashion, wellness or premium consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, CRM and CRO.
- Ability to work with CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, CVR, retention and gross margin.
- Experience building marketing dashboards and managing growth experiments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
