TalentMinted is recruiting for a confidential international B2C product company operating mature mobile and web products across international markets.
We are looking for a senior Growth leader who can own the complete revenue engine — from acquisition and funnel performance to monetization, pricing and unit economics.
This is a cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of Growth, Performance Marketing, Product, Analytics and Monetization.
What you’ll do
Own the full revenue funnel across acquisition, activation, monetization and repeat payments
Develop growth strategy across mobile and web products
Own paid-acquisition strategy and budget allocation
Work across major performance channels including Meta, Google, TikTok and programmatic acquisition
Manage and improve CAC, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, ROAS, payback and contribution-margin economics
Build and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments
Optimize onboarding, pricing, paywalls and monetization mechanics
Work with Product, Analytics and Engineering on growth initiatives
Improve payment conversion and revenue performance
Build cohort analysis, revenue dashboards and forecasting models
Develop growth and performance teams
What we’re looking for
Strong senior-level experience in Growth / Performance Marketing within a B2C digital product
Experience scaling both mobile-app and web acquisition
Strong understanding of Meta, Google and TikTok acquisition
Experience with programmatic / DSP acquisition is highly relevant
Deep understanding of unit economics and LTV modelling
Strong experimentation and funnel-optimization experience
Experience with attribution / MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
Good understanding of GA4, tracking and attribution infrastructure
Experience working with BI / analytics environments
SQL literacy
Strong commercial and P&L mindset
Experience leading Growth, Performance or Media Buying teams
English B2+
Fluent Ukrainian
