Що робити
- Group Reporting and IFRS Leadership:
- Lead the Group reporting and IFRS consolidation function, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting across all locations
- Take overall responsibility for the preparation of the Group’s IFRS financial statements and related disclosures
- Provide guidance and final technical conclusions on complex, significant, and non-routine accounting and reporting matters
- Develop and maintain Group accounting policies, reporting standards, and methodological guidance
Що очікуємо
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent
- Strong senior-level experience in IFRS reporting, consolidation, and audit in Big 4 (Manager, Senior manager level) is a must for this position, supported by 3+ years’ track in finance management, process improvement, FP&A or similar
- Deep practical knowledge of IFRS and experience resolving complex accounting matters
- Experience working in an international, multi-entity, or multi-jurisdictional organization is a strong asset
