About the role
The Head of Execution owns operational delivery for Bankstore, translating strategic priorities into concrete plans and making sure every team — product, engineering, sales, partnerships — is aligned and moving toward the same milestones. You'll be the person accountable for getting things done: tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and stepping in wherever execution is at risk of stalling.
You have
A strong track record of leading execution or operations in fintech or banking environments
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion
Comfort working with ambiguity and turning high-level strategy into actionable plans
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
