Anti-Fraud & Risk Strategy: Formulate and execute the global Anti-Fraud, Risk Management, and Chargeback mitigation strategy across all product lines and target markets.
Team Leadership & Operations: Lead, mentor, and scale an in-house operational team of Risk Analysts, Anti-Fraud Specialists, and Payment/KYC Operators. Set KPIs, SLAs, and shift schedules.
Fraud Vector Mitigation: Design, implement, and fine-tune real-time detection rules to combat iGaming-specific fraud, including bonus abuse, multi-accounting, syndicate play, affiliate fraud, bot traffic, and payment fraud (credit card/e-wallet).
Tooling & Automation: Partner with Product, Engineering, and BI teams to select, integrate, and optimize anti-fraud software (e.g., SEON, Sift, LexisNexis, Ravelin) and automated verification workflows.
Chargeback & Dispute Management: Oversee chargeback prevention protocols, manage dispute resolution with payment providers/acquirers, and maintain low chargeback-to-transaction ratios.

5+ years of experience in Anti-Fraud, Risk Management, or Payments Leadership within the iGaming, Online Casino, or Gambling sector (experience with slot products is a strong plus).
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing anti-fraud and risk operational teams.
Deep knowledge of iGaming fraud mechanisms: syndicate play, bonus harvesting, account takeover (ATO), proxy/VPN bypass, affiliate fraud, and payment chargebacks.
Practical expertise with modern risk rule engines, device fingerprinting, behavioral analytics, and identity verification services.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using SQL and BI visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI) to analyze risk patterns.
