Що робити
- Lead and develop the existing affiliate team — this is a role about optimizing and scaling a working system, not building one from scratch
- Own the analytics behind the affiliate program: track and act on traffic-quality metrics
- Define and negotiate commercial models (RS, CPA, Hybrid) and hold partners to company-specific quality benchmarks, which are notably stricter than typical market standards
- Mentor account managers on handling high-pressure partner conversations (e.g., rate increase demands, traffic complaints) and personally step in to resolve escalations when needed
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPI targets, with quarterly OKRs and a performance-based bonus structure
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming, including 3+ years in a managerial/lead capacity
- Strong, demonstrable command of traffic-quality analytics
- Solid understanding of commercial models: RS, CPA, Hybrid
- Experience with Affiliate Tracking Platforms (GR8 or similar)
- Strong leadership skills — proven ability to manage, structure, and develop a team
