- Develop and execute the overall player acquisition strategy across Tier-1 markets;
- Lead, manage, and develop the existing Acquisition team;
- Own acquisition budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend;
- Scale high-performing acquisition channels and identify new growth opportunities;
- Analyze campaign and channel performance and make data-driven decisions;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Acquisition / Performance Marketing;
- Previous experience in a Head / Lead role;
- Strong hands-on experience in iGaming / Gambling;
- Proven track record of working with Tier-1 GEOs;
- Experience managing acquisition budgets and scaling traffic;
