- Assist in the hiring process for HR department by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
- Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience in hiring for marketing roles
- Experience of conducting competency-based interviews
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices
