Spendbase is a fintech company building a B2B banking platform that helps businesses manage payments, scale transaction volume, and move money with confidence.
We’re looking for a Growth Hacker to own the growth marketing direction for our banking product. You’ll work closely with product leadership and the CEO, shape the growth strategy, test ideas fast, and drive measurable results. A great fit if you like moving quickly, owning your numbers, and building something from scratch in fintech.
What you’ll do:
Own and drive the growth marketing strategy
Run paid and organic acquisition: ideas, offers, creatives, campaign plans, and reporting per channel
Build and grow partner and affiliate channels: outreach, campaigns under partner agreements, contracts, communication
Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and LinkedIn
Create and test growth hypotheses, double down on what works
Improve the website, landing pages, onboarding, and conversion funnel
Analyze growth metrics and retention, find the next opportunity
Coordinate the work of existing specialists and help build out the marketing team as we scale
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing in fintech or B2B banking — a must, since this role is tied to our banking product
Hands-on experience running paid acquisition and reading marketing analytics tools
Experience building and negotiating partner/affiliate marketing channels from scratch
A track record of running growth experiments with clear, measurable ROI — not just ideas, but results
Strong ownership — you take initiative, challenge ideas, and drive results independently
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with good communication skills
Ability to coordinate other specialists and prioritize work
English level B2+
Experience building a marketing function from scratch is a strong plus
