Що робити
- Be the main point of contact for our French-speaking clients after website launch;
- Manage day-to-day client requests, prioritize them and ensure proper follow-up until resolution;
- Handle simple website/content updates and coordinate developers or designers when needed;
- Maintain proactive client relationships through regular follow-ups, digital reviews and product onboarding;
- Identify client needs and opportunities for improvement across websites and Mediweb services;
Що очікуємо
- Native or C2 French — mandatory;
- English B2+;
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management or digital client services;
- Experience with websites, SaaS, digital products or a digital agency;
- Strong client communication skills by email, phone and video;
