- Financial planning and budgeting;
- Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- Collaborating with the accounting, finance, and other departments on payroll, accrual, and payment-related matters;
- Reviewing the accuracy of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures;
- Providing financial guidance to employees and management regarding expenses, compensation, and related financial matters;
Що очікуємо
- Experience in financial analysis, payroll calculation, compensation, and benefits;
- Knowledge of HR processes;
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and accounting software (1C ERP);
- Strong data analysis and database management skills;
- Experience working with large volumes of information;
