As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Financial Department and looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.
What you’ll be responsible for
Reviewing and processing payment requests in Jira, checking amounts, purpose, supporting documents and payment details.
Monitoring payments from request to completion and following up on delays or issues.
Preparing financial documentation and data for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
Collecting bank statements, invoices, contracts and other documents for external accountants.
Communicating with accountants and internal teams on reporting, payments and financial documentation.
Reviewing financial reports and calculations, identifying inconsistencies and supporting tax and mandatory payments.
Analyzing expenses and contributing to improvements of Finance processes.
What we’re looking for
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is a plus.
Experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, audit or a related field.
Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
Ability to work independently and manage several tasks in parallel.
English — Intermediate or higher.
