Що робити
- Manage the Finance Department: allocate tasks, establish procedures and regulations, and monitor their execution.
- Maintain and oversee the payment calendar.
- Plan Cash Flow and proactively identify potential cash flow gaps.
- Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts, sole proprietor accounts, cash registers, and digital wallets.
- Ensure that accounting records match actual cash balances.
Що очікуємо
- Has at least 2 years of experience managing a Finance Department or Treasury function.
- Has experience working in product-based e-commerce.
- Has a strong understanding of cash flows in a product-based business: procurement → inventory → sales → delivery → cash on delivery.
- Is experienced in working with payment calendars and Cash Flow management.
- Understands key metrics such as inventory turnover and tied-up capital.
