Your future responsibilities:
Design and develop conversational AI and agentic solutions for mobile banking customer support
Build AI orchestration and dialogue flows integrating multiple specialized AI agents and backend capabilities
Integrate AI agents using A2A (Agent2Agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Design and implement RAG-based solutions using different retrieval strategies, knowledge sources and vector databases
Build search and reasoning graphs for multi-step customer request resolution
Integrate AI solutions with banking APIs and customer data, ensuring secure and controlled access
Develop microservices and REST APIs supporting AI and agent workflows
Implement tool calling, function calling and agent-to-agent workflows
Build reliable routing, fallback and human handoff mechanisms
Develop automated tests for AI workflows, integrations and APIs
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve AI solutions in production
Your skills and experience:
Core Software Engineering (Must Have)
Strong commercial experience in Java and building scalable microservices / distributed systems.
Solid understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, design patterns, and RESTful API design.
Experience integrating complex enterprise APIs and heterogeneous data sources with robust auth/security (OAuth2, OIDC, secrets management).
AI & Agentic Systems (Must Have)
Proven track record of developing production-grade LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and workflows (state machines / graphs).
Hands-on experience with RAG architectures: advanced retrieval (hybrid, semantic, reranking), embeddings, and vector databases.
Deep understanding of tool/function calling, context management, and emerging protocols (MCP, Agent-to-Agent).
Awareness of LLM-specific security & safety: prompt injection mitigation, sandboxed tool execution, data privacy, and access controls.
Infrastructure, Testing & Observability
Cloud & DevOps fundamentals: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Linux.
Strong testing culture: unit/integration testing, testing distributed systems, and evaluation of non-deterministic LLM outputs.
Production observability: distributed tracing, logging, metrics, and AI tracing/evals.
Nice to Have
Experience with frameworks and orchestrators: LangGraph, LangChain, ADK, or similar.
Hands-on experience with Qdrant, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch.
Building and operating MCP servers in enterprise environments.
Event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
