- Establish and lead the technical organization in Poland.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI and LLM implementations for enterprise clients.
- Design and oversee scalable AI architectures and agentic systems.
- Remain hands-on with technical architecture, engineering decisions, and implementation.
- Work directly with enterprise customers, including C-level stakeholders.
Що очікуємо
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Previous experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, CTO, or senior technical leader in a startup/scale-up.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-month enterprise implementations.
- Strong technical background in backend or full-stack engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Python, AI systems, LLMs, and agentic AI.
