- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or a similar production operations role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, including EKS, RDS, S3, Route 53, VPC, ECR, EC2, ElastiCache, and IAM.
- Solid understanding of AWS networking, security groups, routing, access controls, and policy management.
- Strong practical experience operating and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience with Kubernetes cluster management, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with Cilium and Kubernetes networking.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes Gateway API.
- Experience working in regulated industries, particularly iGaming, gambling, or financial services.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
