Що робити
- Own each project from first client contact to handover: join sales calls, give a solution and estimate within 48 hours of a brief, run phased delivery with client sign-off, release to production, then close the project with a handover and a retrospective with the client;
- Act as the client’s main technical contact and translate technical decisions into business value;
- Own the project money: track budget vs scope delivered, keep the target margin, manage change requests and technical debt, and report honest status to the client and management;
- Grow the account: find follow-up work and extensions together with Sales;
- Own architecture and technical decisions; stay hands-on with code reviews, commits, and PoCs;
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years in software development, including 2+ years leading a team;
- Client-facing delivery experience in an outsourcing company, with T&M and fixed-price projects;
- Hands-on expertise in at least one of Python, Node.js/TypeScript, .NET, or Java;
- Strong architecture and system design skills;
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure and CI/CD;
