- Build, optimize, and maintain automated CRM journeys across Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Audit and improve existing CRM workflows and customer lifecycle communications
- Segment users based on behavioral, transactional, and financial data
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, send times, content, and CTAs
- Monitor and improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, inbox placement)
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, or other high-frequency transaction products
- Experience working with LATAM markets or Spanish-speaking audiences
- Basic SQL knowledge for audience segmentation
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template editing
