We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
We are currently looking for two Email Marketing Specialists to join our team and contribute to the next chapter of airSlate’s growth.
The Email Marketing team supports communication across our subscription-based SaaS products, including lifecycle and promotional messaging that helps users discover value, stay engaged, and move through key customer journey stages.
Each Email Marketing Specialist will focus on one of our core products — pdfFiller or SignNow — owning email initiatives tailored to that product’s specific funnels, stakeholders, priorities, and user journeys.
The team’s work goes far beyond launching campaigns. It is focused on solving business challenges through email and related channels, testing new ideas, reacting to changing priorities, and continuously improving lifecycle communication. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, think independently, and turn hypotheses into effective campaigns.
Operating as an independent unit within the marketing team, this group partners closely with product and brand stakeholders and acts as a practical expert function for lifecycle communication, experimentation, and user engagement.

Run experiments, analyze results, and apply insights to improve campaign performance, user journeys, and broader business impact.
Create and maintain dashboards to track key email and lifecycle marketing metrics, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and General Management teams to align email initiatives with product priorities and business goals.
Work independently in a dynamic environment, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and helping refine processes as priorities evolve.
Oversee and improve the functionality of our internal email system, identifying opportunities to enhance usability, scalability, and effectiveness.
Generate data-driven ideas for relevant, personalized email content that improves user engagement and supports customer journey goals.
Lead and support the transformation of the email marketing function into an AI-driven, world-class program by introducing AI-powered tools, automation, and best practices.
What we expect from you:
3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with proven experience launching and optimizing campaigns.
Experience working with an ESP, customer engagement platform, or in-house email system, including campaign setup, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
