Що робити
- Manage and oversee digital lead generation channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Indeed, and other acquisition platforms.
- Monitor advertising performance, budgets, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Manage external marketing and email marketing specialists, evaluate their performance, and ensure results.
- Oversee the recruiting team, set KPIs, monitor productivity, and improve recruitment workflows.
- Monitor the entire lead management process, from initial contact to driver activation.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience in U.S. trucking or logistics.
- Hands-on experience recruiting U.S. truck drivers, particularly Owner-Operators.
- Experience leading recruitment teams and managing performance metrics.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion funnels.
- Experience working with CRM systems, marketing analytics, and external service providers.
Що пропонуємо
- Fully remote position.
- Schedule: 3 PM – 12 AM Kyiv time.
- $2,500/month during the 3-month probation period.
- $3,000/month after successful probation.
- Full ownership of division operations and development.
