- Respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system and chats in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, returns, product information, or account-related questions
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, product, etc.) to find solutions and ensure smooth customer experiences
- Follow internal guidelines and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses
- Identify recurring customer issues and report them to the relevant teams to help improve our processes and customer experience
